GameStop - 4784 - Flowood

This is one of the best experiences I've had at a GameStop. I ordered a pre-owned nintendo switch lite and the lady at the desk was helpful and assisted me with my purchase.

GameStop ha terrible customer service! Can’t hardly get anyone to pick a phone up. Online or in store just awful! The day this company goes out of business I’ll celebrate! And make sure when you order something you don’t wanna cancel it cause they don’t give you an option they hold you hostage with some other country customer service!

Honestly, don’t even bother shopping here. The employees are full of greedy scalpers who upsell and hoard all of the Pokemon cards from surrounding areas such as target, Best Buy, and wherever they can get their sticky Dorito dust hands on. How about you guys be fair and stop overcharging absurd prices and hoarding. Maybe then you will have better business

The last of a dying breed due to the video game industry slowly canabalizing them from the inside out. Nice store though. Toys collectibles clothing games new and used.

Never open on time.. I drove 40 mins and they not open and it’s 11:45am.. Suppose to be open at 10am this is such an inconvenient location.. All the stores are open in the outlet and GameStop is missing out on all customers.. I have seen at least 10 people try to open the door since I been here.. loss of profit and probably customers at this point
