GameStop - 4782 - Innes Street Market

Called yesterday to make sure they had a game in-stock went today and was told they didnt have it and it would need to be check in total waste of time

Would like to give a huge thanks to Paul at the Salisbury game stop amazing 100/10 customer service and assistance

If you dont want to be inconvenienced, avoid this location or lexington. Try Winston.

I get needing to take breaks but when I called literally 30 minutes before arriving to see the stores closed with a sign on saying they’ll be back in an hour I was a bit frustrated. That being said I was told they’ll be open til 9. Nothing in their conversation about we’ll be taking an hour break from 2-3. Nothing everyone has an hour to just wait around after driving 20 minutes to the place. If I was told this bit of information I wouldn’t have came during this time.

The employees are always super friendly and helpful at this location. Ariel and Patrick specifically have been so so awesome to talk to / get help from. They always make sure me and husband are informed of things they think we'd be interested it which I really appreciate! My personal favorite Gamestop to visit!
