GameStop - 4760 - Florence Mall

Unsure if this or the other Florence, SC GameStop shipped my copy of Gothic, but this store is absolutely garbage at processing online orders. First took a week to even ship the game (a simple process for most businesses but instead I had to escalate it to customer service). Then proceeded to ship via FedEx Ground Economy (their cheapest slowest service) so the game has now been sitting in a delivery bin awaiting additional fill time. Anticipating this being 3-4 weeks to receive one simple copy of a game (likely that will arrive without a box knowing GameStop). Would order anywhere else at this point, what a joke.

I went into GameStop and bought a ps5 for my son after having issues with the Sumter sc store. I came in the took care of me on the trade and told me a price and I give them my new shipping address. Well after I give them my new address they still put in the system wrong. I got looking in line the next day and that’s when I seen it was incorrect. I called the store and was told I have to call customer service. Then I got hit with an additional 36$ because the store screwed up. No one what’s to own up to the mistake. I feel crappy customer service is what’s causing GameStop to fail.

Went in with my grandson to pick out an item with the money he saved. He found a holder for his Switch joy-coms. It was Legend of Zelda and it was physically priced $9.99. We took it to the counter to pay for it and the total came to $17 and some change. I said it is priced $9.99. He replied we can’t change priced. I said by law that you have to sell it to me for that price. He smirked like “yeah right”. He repeated we can’t change the priced. I won’t be shopping there again. Ripping people off.

All employees are great, one or two lack any gumption or personality! But got my cards graded here. Takes a good amount of time. Do not suggest if times an issues. Also scored low grades. Overall, I’d suggest to keep them ungraded(raw)!
