I kept getting weird looks when I wanted to see what was in stock. I've been here a couple times over a few years and the location has started to get dirty/dusty as of recently- I saw a roach crawl by. I feel like the service is so manufactured and they are always trying to push for me to sign up for a credit card.

Went in to trade in a couple of controllers for their deal to get a full trade in price for controllers with stick drift. I misunderstood the deal and had some questions because of that at check out. For reference I had called another gamestop to verify how the trade in policy worked, and they said what i had thought it meant. I didnt fight them on it just was confused about it. I said that the ad online was misleading and the manager told me to "Read it better." and "you are insane" for thinking that. Not surprised someone with this level of maturity is stuck managing a gamestop. feel bad for his employees. Guy at the front was nice though, when i had some questions he brought over the manager before i even asked.

I wish I had the names of the two young ladies that helped my son yesterday but unfortunately I did not think to get them. They were awesome! My 8 year old came in looking to spend some christmas gift cards and they helped him shop for what he was looking for and even shared the clearance special information that allowed him a free toy! At 8 years old he understood the excellent service and it made him feel so special to be treated just like any adult! I give these two women nothing but props!!! Its hard today to get good service in a lot of places but they nailed it and my sons evening! Thanks Gamestop Shortpump!
