Let me tell you a little bit about the people that work here. My daughter and I are regulars and have even attended some midnight release parties they've thrown. Every time, we're treated with courtesy and if they dont know what we're asking, theyll take the time to explain it. We were recently in there for cards that my daughter likes to collect(one piece and pokemon) and the staff took the time to go over some things with her, gave her some pointers and even showed off some of their collection! If you ever want to take your kids up there for some cards they have small things on sale, and just talking with them will help tremendously. Your wallet may be a little lighter, but the joy is worth it. Corporate: they all deserve raises! Or at least a bigger discount.

Great video gamestore tons of friendly staff willing to answer questions and trade ins have gotten better in my opinion.

Me and my daughter walked in and went straight to the front counter, 2 dudes was standing right behind the counter didn’t say a word to us and they walk away not even 5 seconds later a lady and her kids walk in (let me add they are white) they get greated automatically and get ask if they need help! I look at my daughter and tell her let’s go as we are walking out the guy with the long hair says can I help you I said no not no more and walked out. Beyond disrespectful and rude!!!

We brought our kids in to find some very specific Pokemon cards. Not only did the employee (whose name I believe was Brandon) help them find their cards, he also took the time to talk to them about Pokemon and made them feel like that conversation was the most impotent part of his day. Not only did our kids leave happy with their card finds, they also felt the magic of sharing something they love. Impeccable vibes. 10/10. Promote Brandon at all costs. We will absolutely be returning to this store.

This is the best GameStop in Jacksonville. Every time I’ve gone, their staff is always so nice and helpful. They’re well informed and offer great service
