GameStop - 4684 - Arlington Plaza

Cain was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful while I was there, this was at least a few months ago, but the entire experience was extremely nice. Since there weren't many people there we got to have a wonderful chat about the upcoming switch 2 games and I decided on pre-ordering the fatal frame re-release. I don't have a switch 2 yet but when I can afford it This is the location im going back to!! Highly recommend this location, its also Huge and full of amazing things not just games and a tiny bit of merch.

It was a pleasure to visit GameStop in Greenville, NC. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and the store is nicely organized , great prices. I would highly recommend to stop and stretch your legs when you passing by Greenville. 👍

Sadly my local GameStop closed in Washington but I've been visiting the one in Greenville. It has a much better lineup of games and retro games. The GameStop workers here have been very friendly as well. Though I do miss the ones from my old Washington one, since they were also nice.

The Sales Rep. Clearly explained the Play Station Options , along with the Best Headset options. She gave us available discounts/coupons for the 2 year Warranty & Trade options. Highly recommend 👌 😊

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever received at this chain. I came in at 5:40pm looking for PlayStation controllers, was told there were none and when asking where else I could check I was told “you can look somewhere else”. I then asked if they had any specific blind bags and was met with another rude response. It was my first time in this store and was very disappointed to be met by two hunched over the counter workers who are rude and no assistance. We were the only ones in the store too. Usually GameStop workers enjoy their job.. I guess that’s not the case at this location :(
