Very great atmosphere and wide selection. I was greeted instantly as I came in, and the staff was knowledgeable and very helpful in my search for a new game to play. Carlito helped make this location feel like Gamestop should. 5/5 service and staff.

Pablito sold me the incorrect gift card. I asked him for a gift card for Fortnite Vbucks- was sold a roblox gift card. When questioned in the store about it when I read the receipt he told me it’d work no problem… it didn’t. I was told there was nothing they could do about it in the store and to call customer service. Customer service couldn’t help me because it was done in store not online and told me to contact the store manager. I was told the store manager wasn’t working till Wednesday so I’d have to wait until then. When I was a salaried manager for a big box retailer, I was always on call- in case something like this happened. I did not tell Pablito the incorrect information, he is just that ignorant to the products he is selling. He was more focused on playing on his phone than thinking about what he was doing. This company has 0 sense of customer service and will never shop here again.

This location is amazing thanks to Javier and Sebastian who helped my son figure out how to log into his favorite game. This place is so welcoming and the employees are very patient and helpful! Thanks so much guys! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought 3 used Wii-U games here. Price was ok, but neither one of them worked. They said they only checked them cosmeticaly, makes no sense. Called and spoke to a snowflake who had zero customer skills and seemed to be mad at life. Won't be going to Game Stop again, this one. I will say they gave me a refund. Buyer beware refund in 7 days, only store credit after.

The associate who answered the phone was very helpful on Saturday at 12 p.m. when I asked about cashing in my tech and consoles. He informed me that consoles must still have your account logged in because they need to see the latest version and all equipment, including the charger, to receive the best price or be accepted. This saved me a trip and allowed me to immediately charge the consoles and check their specs.
