Frequent shopper at this location I haven’t been a gamer for a while but heard that gamestop was a trading card vendor. My girls recently started to collect Pokemon cards and the manager Linda was very helpful in addressing our issues. She offered to become a pro member to gain discounts, monthly coupons and additional member benefits. There was a crowd when we entered at peak time but Linda was very courteous and professional with each customer. We picked up some Pokemon for my girls and sports cards for myself. We hope to get some good hits to come back an grade them. GameStop is also a location to grade cards via PSA. Overall a pleasant experience at this location. Kudos to Linda for multitasking and providing exceptional customer service.

I normally don't leave reviews, but this gamestop has to be like a hologram or something. They for some reason have games on the shelf, but when you go to purchase it, they never have it in stock. Where are they getting these empty cases from with no games... and it looks like the people who work there don't want to work there except for the lady there. I bet you the next time you go there to get a game, they won't have it. Genuinely zero clue how the GameStop is still there, blows my mind.

One of the worst locations by far they back door cards and enable pick up just to taunt customers. The lady in the front has the worst attitude by far I’m surprised she even has a job. We all know you hold items for your friends and family members. Don’t even do pick up if you don’t have the item and you take too long to cancel preorders. I’m reporting this store to corporate office since I know people too I hope this store closes down soon. Shady business and practices!!

Gamestop will always be a terrible company, this store couldn't take card and asked for cash only, so I gave them cash but didn't have exact change. So trying not make this more than it really is I asked them for a receipt so I can at least try to come back get it later but they don't have that. I know it's not the employees fault but that's just terrible.

Short guy with curly hair lied about inventory and at another visit lied about the price of an item. It comes off as rude, dismissive and not caring about generating business for the store. I inquired about a stock of an item-on your website it showed 2 in stock but he told me it was out of stock. Came back later that day, spoke with someone else, and they were able to confirm the stock inventory reflecting on the website is the same stock inventory at the store. The next visit, I asked for the price of an item. Without verifying, he said the price is $50. I asked if he can double check and he just said “it’s priced around $50”. I checked on your website and it was the standard price of $29.99. It’s an item that retails everywhere for $29.99, so I found it strange that he was giving a mark up price. I don’t think he cared to check for the actual price and just wanted to be rude.
