Chandler did not want to honor the warranty of a damaged gaming controller for a broken stick. I’ve had it replaced with this warranty countless times as a GameStop member since the early 2010’s. This is the first time I’ve heard of this. Terrible customer service for a long time customer. But at least he read the terms and conditions for me!

Sebastian was absolutely the worst, took a PlayStation 4 pro into the store with the expectation of $45-50 based on gamestops website, with an issue with the controller his solution was to attempt to sell us a new controller at $65 discount it to the same price he was going to give me for the console and had the nerve to tell me the best way moving forward was to take the $2 because he couldn’t and wouldn’t pull my GameStop pro account or try to look it up.

Predatory Pricing On Trading Card Games. Gamestop allowed me to pre-ordered an ETB here for $45 down, saying I would "only pay $10 at pickup," reasonable. They called ahead and left a voicemail saying I'd owe $56 more. Uhm... What? At pickup, Faith & Sebastian tried to claim the $45 was only "50% down"— BECAUSE GAMESTOP MARKED THE BOX UP to $85.49 BEFORE tax. This same item is $49.99 at different places (like Best Buy or your local hobby retailer.) GameStop, taking a deposit and then hitting someone with an 80% markup is unacceptable. If I could rate a zero star, I would. Customers, save your money and buy your items elsewhere.

DO NOT PURCHASE CONTROLLER HERE I've recently got a new controller at this location, got the limited remix green ps5 controller and mind them I've traveled 3 hours to get a good looking controller since local gamestop dont have much. Ive received a new controller with a stick drift after immediately opening the box. This is uncalled for and of course i didn't get the protection plan because I thought I'd be paying $90 for a good working controller. They where pushing the warranty stuff before purchasing so now I'm skeptical after this experience.

Recently, I returned a game controller my son bought. Unfortunately, my son open the box so the lady at game stop said I wouldn't be able to get a refund but she could give me store credit. The lady at the store failed to tell me I wouldn't get a full refund on the trade, so I ended up losing more than $50.00. I asked to speak to a manager and she stated the manager wouldn't be there in two days. If I would have known I was not going to receive the full amount I would have never returned the controller and kept it.
