GameStop - 4534 - Crabtree Valley

Stopped by the other day and I could obviously tell that the solo employee was busy. Josh (I think?) made sure that all my questions were answered, helped me with a trade in and gave me good info about a DLC i was interested in. And at no point did I feel rushed or that I was keeping him from the other stuff he obviously had to do. Real A+ Customer Service, I really appreciated his help.

Absolute garbage. Manager that works there obviously got no idea how to do customer service. If you can’t handle answering questions coming from customers don’t do customer service. Simple as that. The world doesn’t run around you buddy

Purchased a box of Pokémon cards for my cousins birthday who is a kid. Mind you I’m an adult who works a full time job with no knowledge of Pokémon stuff and had got the real Pokémon box he had wanted. I went to return the item and realized all trading card sales are final apparently and they would not refund me. There is no signage for this in any store and the staff does not notify you of the rule before purchase. For a child’s toy this is very sad to see it abused this way

I had an excellent experience at GameStop thanks to Troy. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout our visit. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions, carefully look through game options with us, and even provided thoughtful recommendations based on our interests. Came here to look for poke cards but there’s absolutely nothing left. They have in stock but they didn’t give me anything until Saturday… too bad, we won’t be here then. But the store looked nice and cozy with many games and toys.
