The manager who was named Drew she was one of the best managers in GameStop and the other guy whose name was Chris Drew and Chris were the best managerS When GameStop used to be in Brentwood PA I think that Drew definitely deserves to be promoted to CEO because she knows what she’s doing

Terrible service. We were right outside and my kid thought it would be a great idea to surprise his mom with World Cup cards. My kids went to the counter and asked for World Cup cards. They purposely sold him the wrong ones and then refused to refund them. The card pack was unopened and receipt in hand and they refused to refund because the sale was already completed. The first employee was going to refund but the female manager (name unknown) stopped him. They tricked a little kid out of 6 dollars when they sold him the wrong item on purpose. Take your money elsewhere instead of these thieves.

This place is an absolute joke. Went there tonight with trade ins and she ignored us for the first couple minutes and then huffed when I said I had a trade in. While this was happening another guy came in with a trade in and she said “I don’t know why people feel like they should come in 30 minutes before close with trade ins” and proceeded to keep telling me my items were going to come up worthless in the system. We ended up leaving with our items because she kept telling us they were junk without giving us a real number. Will not come back.

I came in to buy a Nintendo Switch 2 console. The female cashier, I believe her name is Brandi, made me so unbelievably uncomfortable during my 10 minutes in the store. I asked if they had the console and she said yes then proceeded to ask me if I wanted any additional accessories for it. I said no, as I already have some and did not want to spend more than the 500 I was already spending there. She insulted my intelligence for my age and continually said she doesn’t understand why I would make these decisions because they make no sense. After telling her no thank you to all of the products and memberships she offered, she would not stop. It was absolutely inappropriate and I will not be making any of my previously planned purchases from there because of Brandi. These employees need to learn how to take “no thank you” as a response instead of being rude and insulting. It was wildly unprofessional and inappropriate.

I stopped by the GME GameStop at South Hills Village Mall, and honestly, it was a great experience. The store is well-organized and has everything you’d expect—games, consoles, collectibles, all of it. The staff were super helpful, too. I asked about a game I couldn’t remember the name of, just described it as ‘something with dragons,’ and they immediately knew what I meant and even gave me a couple of suggestions. It’s not just about the products; the vibe is great, like they actually care about gamers. Whether you’re a hardcore gamer or just grabbing a gift, it’s definitely worth checking out. Solid spot.
