Decent store. Always out of bags it seems like

Expected way more product at the Cheyenne location. Not a lot video game wise. A sizable amount of the store seemed to be cards like Magic and Pokemon. The employee was courteous and offered to help...there just wasn't much for either of the systems I was interested in.

The customer service here is horrible. I was there on Saturday getting a keychain and the guy who was the cashier was so keen on getting my email even after multiple times of telling him no thank you. I even went as far as saying I don't have one, so he takes the hint. He then starts to berate me for not having an email and saying "oh my gosh I can't believe you don't have an email". I had thought he was joking at first but his attitude kept on. He was so rude for no reason. Just a warning to anyone that's going there. Don't.

Bought a headset brand new from here and a day later it malfunctiond and I was told there was nothing they could do unless I was a plus member.

I pre-ordered an Exclusive Pop! from this store, paid in full. Never heard from the store, went in to check the status and was informed the Pop had already been sold to someone else. Very poor business practices. Do not recommend at all. I might as well order from Amazon. The store employee didn't even care or offer anything other than a refund. That's the least they could do!!!! How are consumers suppose to support these businesses with service like this? I'll take my business elsewhere!!
