GameStop - 423 - Vista

I literally called to ask if they were still taking the controller trade-in promotion they were doing. I was told yes I live like 5 minutes down the street. Once I got there they said they weren't taking them anymore since it was after 6:00 p.m. Why was I not just told that on the phone? Makes no sense

Brooks and Randy are both all-stars. Legitimately had a ton of questions about submitting to PSA through Gamestop which lead to me becoming a pro because of the savings. These two guys working 6 days that week and dealing with the Pokémon line with clear communication and the patience of nuns. I mean that in a good way =) show that they are on a different level of customer service that brings me back. I hope to see you guys soon this coming week.

I like this GameStop more than the others I have been to! This one is more stocked full of a variety of items. They have plushies, stuffed animals, clothing, games, things to customize your set ups, themed backpacks, hats, and more! The men working here are super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! We asked a question and he went in depth with a wealth of knowledge. Thank you! We will be back!
