It's the one that this place is going out of business and hasn't gone out of business permanently yet, they are selling used PlayStation 4 controllers for $75 plus tax, when you can go buy a brand spanking new one at the exchange here in Boardman for $65, and also at the exchange to get a used one for $45 that's $30 cheaper than GameStop. Gamestop, but not for long it's no wonder every time you go in there it's only kids and no adults, but not for long because people are tired of getting ripped off, The exchange is where it says right here in Boardman

There is nothing honestly wrong with this GameStop they are awsome. There was this employee and I bought a Simpsons Krusty Doll and he immediately started talking about the Simpsons with me so yeah he’s chill! And the Krusty doll Was only! 40 BUCKS?! THATS INSANE!? But besides the prices this GameStop is good.

Every time over the last few months I walk into this store Im never greeted or acknowledge by staff. They either are in their phones or looking at something else. Ive never been rude or a bad customer. I often get the game warranties and all the little add on stuff they try to sell because as a former employee (2002-2007) I understand how important the metrics are for the sales stats. Im a pro member as well. They've also gotten an attitude when ive asked to check the condition of a retro games that they sell, Xbox 360 games which are now prone to disk rot. They also act like its a problem to give me the game with its actual box art instead of the shitty GameStop cover. I won't be going back to this store.

Store associate tried to tell me I couldn’t trade in my switch lite system for store credit because it wasn’t reading a game cartridge. This was news to me as I literally just transferred all of the game data onto my switch 2 system, so clearly I’ve played the switch lite up until now. Then, he realizes he used the wrong cartridge into my switch lite system, using a red switch 2 game cartridge. Didn’t even offer an apology for his error. I won’t be doing business with this GameStop. As a pro member I expect better service. Train your employees to know which cartridges go with their respective machines.

The staff was very helpful. The mall has stepped up a couple notches over the past several years. I was in and out within 10 minutes and felt comfortable with my purchase.
