GameStop - 4110 - Polaris Fashion Place

Man, Josh was terrible. I’ve been shopping at GameStop since it was Electronics Boutique and it’s such a shame to see how these stores keep going downhill. I couldn’t tell you if it’s the corporate climate, or just hiring people like the fellow above, but I’d give the store 0 stars if possible. Trying to return a game my buddy sent me as a congratulations gift and Josh “can’t find” the account with his phone number. Offers to “let me” trade the less than a week old, sealed in plastic, $90 steelbook special edition for $40. Even ignoring how rude he was about it, what a gracious offer. Do better GameStop.

Overall decent prices and any questions about gaming stuff can be answered by the employees, great rewards program as well!

Polaris Gamestop Pokemon Cards have the best pull rates.

The person who helped me was amazing! I was in asking about PS5 and she gave me the heads up that they were having an event later that week. She was very informative on all of my inquiries and also gave me guidance on when I should come in. That weekend I went back and arrived about an hour early. What she had told me was not a lie! And now thanks to her, I have my very own Playstation 5!!!!!!!!! Please excuse the baby toy in the foreground... they are everywhere these days lol.

Picked up a new game for my son, along with a couple of accessories for his Nintendo switch. Nice, helpful people, good service and good prices. Good selection of beer and used games.
