Pleasant in the store but anytime I call they are always rude or annoyed like they want to rush me off the phone. When I have hundreds if not thousands of dollars in cards in your possession then you should be a little more respectful.

This is the worst GameStop of all time. The staff makes their own rules. Refuse to give me and others promo cards for a midnight release when they admitted to having stock. Overall rude and charging outrageous prices. If anyone from GameStop is reading this do something about this location.

best gamestop ever the employees are so full of life and connect with the customers in many different ways doing their best with what they have been given considering their phone has almost always been broken they CONSTANTLY answer their phone WHEN IT WORKS and continue to always go above and beyond for the customer within what theyre allowed to the new manager is amazing and shes really been pulling the store back together. i’ve seen some very entitled customers come into the store and harass the employees an have seen them handle it the best they could. these reviews sound much like those entitled customers who think they are better than everyone else 11/10 would recommend its one of the last standing gamestops in CT currently and if that doesnt tell you anything i dont know what will have never had a single issue communicating with the associates of the store or being ignored/ or have been given any sort of disgusting attitude. if these employees were rude to you, it was more than likely earned

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at the GameStop in Milford, Connecticut. I’ve been dealing with them for a while now about an issue with my console, and every time I contact them I get a different story. The staff keeps giving conflicting information and nothing ever gets resolved. Both the employee and the manager I spoke with were extremely rude and seemed completely uninterested in helping solve the problem. Instead of trying to assist, they brushed me off and acted like my issue wasn’t their concern. Customer service and problem-solving clearly aren’t priorities at this location. What really made it worse was when I called the store looking for help. I was told there was nothing they could do, then I was placed on hold. After that, I tried calling back more than 20 times and they refused to answer the phone. That’s not how you treat customers who spent their money at your store. Judging by other reviews, it looks like I’m not the only one who has had problems with this location. It’s disappointing because this kind of service makes the whole company look bad. I would not recommend anyone shop at this GameStop location or spend their money here. There are plenty of other places where customers are actually treated with respect.
