GameStop - 4037 - Mall at Fairfield Commons

Guy working today was extremely helpful. Honestly far and away the best experience I've had at a gamestop. Didnt catch his name but he was wearing a Borderlands necklace. Give that guy a raise u honestly dont deserve him

These guys are cool. The tall manager guy is very good. Always nice and super helpful everytime I’m there. I had been on the hunt for some new Donruss nascar and let me tell ya they did not disappoint. I had been to several places and was having trouble finding it. See pic

Inconsistent staff at this location, Allen (Allan?) told me one thing for a trade in, went and got the things he said was required, went back to trade in with missing things, and was told by a different associate I needed more things, I said Allan who was standing right there, said this was all I needed, the replay was “ugh Allannnnn” like ugh you silly goose you lied to the customer, so my time was wasted, and the attitude towards me was just amazingly condescending. Will never be back, they looked at me like I’m an idiot

Service was pretty bad with employees that were incredibly rude. I asked them about a recommendation for a game for my girlfriend with a certain criteria. They suggested something that's exactly the opposite of what we asked for just to be mean. I absolutely do not recommend going to the store

The selection was decent but the staff wasn't very helpful. Walked around the small store for a good 15 min, and I didn't get asked if I needed help at all. Guess the employees were too busy to acknowledge potential customers.
