Don’t buy their used consoles here they don’t check them. I got two PS4 pros. And both had issues The first one Disc drive didn’t work Went in and changed it for another one, few days passed I didn’t have time to use cause I had to work and the Bluetooth for my controller didn’t work. It will disconnect PS4 would not pick up the controller and when it would pick it up it would disconnected… again and when it would work it would not pickup my actions I would do in my controller to play the game and I cannot sit too far away. Bluetooth will not pick up the control.

They have a wide variety of Trading Cards and the staff are really cool and helpful.

Poor customer service!!! Tried to purchase a product that is labeled at $149.99 and it rung up to $218. When I asked about the price they tried to give me a sob story about prices going up and when I told them I purchased two of the same products yesterday for $149.99 from another Gamestop, their story changed. I asked them to contact their manager about the issue and they literally walked to the back and came right back out (knowing they did not call the manager like I asked). Still giving me a changed story on price hike of the product. As he is giving me a changed story he is changing the prices on the product. That pissed me off. I didn't purchase them and walked out and the employee had the nerve to say, "at least you bought two yesterday". Customer service sucks at this store and Gamestop continues to ruin the excitement of shopping at their chains. I recommend everyone to think twice in wasting money at this place and look online for better deals. No more Gamestop until something changes like the people who run the gamestop corporation...price gouging on all products to keep their business open and taking away the fun of purchasing for all. Just add your name to the list of scalpers.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! They do not have BASIC knowledge of their job. One of the employees Robert is very useless, he will lie to your face just to make a purchase so his store won’t get shut down as it should. Then trying to further resolve my issue being sold a useless item I was told would work Game Stop was unable to resolve any issues. Complete waste of time and money.

The customer service sucks. I waited to check out for almost 10 minutes with not a single employee in sight. I finally decided to go knock on the door that leads to the back for staff as there were several others also waiting at this point. This woman came out on her cell phone, and proceeded to check me out the entire time with her phone glued to her face.
