Just imagine how incredible it would have been in person. This was truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and again, it was just a phone call. This is a neat little GameStop. They sell some old consoles here as well as games. Also if you have any sports cards that you want to get graded. They'll send it in for you to PSA to get a graded for you.

For the most part, the service at this location had always been excellent. There’s a handful of employees who seem to be less than enthused to be working from time to time, but working in the service industry myself I wherein I have bad days I cannot pass judgement. They also did a questionable job of handling their Breath of the Wild 2 release event, but then again having to heard a hundred or so nerds at midnight is no easy task! In short, all of the usual employees who take their jobs seriously are always kind and are there to help you get the best deals possible. I write this because about a week ago, this location was victim to a massive burglary event. I hope for the sake of the employees who work there that the store is able to reopen soon and/or that they can be relocated to other locations. It’s a shame that stuff like this is going down in our city. Be good to employees and businesses and they will be good to you.

I come here when I have coupons or when I can't find the game anywhere else. Staff usually hate being there. It's a struggle to make friendly conversation with staff here. Overall I would rate this place higher if they had selfcheck out to avoid cringing staff.
