GameStop - 3990 - Shops at River Cross

Been awhile since I was in a gamestoo, and not much has changed, maybe just more anime related stuff. I could not believe there was brain rot trading card packs though. Consoles are a bit more expensive but thats due to the company's rising prices.

One of my favorite Gamestops to visit! They always have Funko Pops that I've never seen before and have great variety of anime stuff. Customer service is always friendly here as well

Tried to return a controller that was under warranty for a whole year and I was about a day behind. He said with the new system, he can’t do anything about it just buy another one. So their new system lost them a customer. I’m pretty bummed out that I bought warranty for no reason. GameStop is a scam. I hope their company shuts down soon.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The guy we spoke to was very knowledgeable about the Nintendo Switch and Switch Lite consoles we were looking at. He helped us choose new controllers to replace ours with joycon drift. The store was stocked well and had consoles I had been unable to find at other stores.

Recently re organized. They seem a bit more focused now. Game process are comparable to new games at other places but you can find some good used gems occasionally.
