DON'T BUY FROM GAMESTOP!!!!!!!! I bought a Xbox series S for my 14 year old son for his birthday and he decided he wanted something else. I went to return it, still in the box, had the receipt and they denied me. Only been 8 days since I purchased it. Spent $412.00 on this game system. So now my son has no big gift for his 14th birthday. WALMART WILL HONOR REFUNDS FOR 30 DAYS, AND IS LESS EXPENSIVE.. DO YOUSELF A FAVOR AND BUY FROM WALMART. NOT THIS BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY THAT WONT ISSUE REFUNDS .. I DON'T EVER RECOMMEND GAMESTOP.........

The staff at this location were all pretty chill and laid back. The guy with the tattoos was super helpful and went above and beyond. I talked to a really cool chick also who was super enthusiastic about the upcoming ocarina of time release on Switch 2. This is definitely the kind of vibe I enjoy from a game store. I’ll definitely be back!

I was in the middle of shopping their Buy 2 Get 1 Free sale and had already picked out two games. I was only in the store for about 10 minutes looking for my final title when the employee told me I had to leave so she could go grab food. She actually asked me to wait outside the store until she got back. Absolutely ridiculous. You take care of the customer first before locking up to run errands. Completely ruined my experience, and I won't be coming back to this location. Business 101: take care of the paying customer first. I took my business elsewhere.

I walked into this location with my 5 and 3 year old and Shelby greeted us, tone switching effortlessly from casual to engaging as she finished ringing someone up and came to offer my kiddos Pokémon cards. She was kind, knowledgeable, and quick when we were checking out. She asked my kids about their favorite game characters based on their purchases and even gave them stickers to show them her favorite character. It takes someone special to relate to lots of different people and she had total Mrs. Rachel energy with my little ones, then easily tone switched back to nonchalant and cool with other customers in the store. She made my kids feel seen in a world increasingly intolerant of kids. Thanks to Shelby and everyone at this location.

Big out to Mrs. Shelby at this location. She was so nice and answered all my questions. I didnt catch the name of the young man working with her but he was also very kind. Lovely staff. Will be back!!
