Market price for these boxes of Pokemon cards are $15 and they're charging $60. It is a scam.

Huge scam on card prices. Pokemon and other card product going for $2-$30 more then market value and double retail cost. Local card shops in the area and thrift stores in Springfield are cheaper, also you got Tcgplayer's website which is better value and will save you tons of money. atleast $20-$30 savings on perfect order ETBs

Placed an online order on the 12th and waited for my order to be ready. Called the location several times about my order prior to going to the location on March 14th. Upon arrival to the store, I asked about my pickup order and they stated the order was canceled due to not having one of the games and at the time of the order both games were available. The location did not call to let me know the games were no longer available or to let me know they can’t fulfill the order. Then stated they don’t call customers and in the past times I ordered games with GameStop they will contact you via email to let you know it’s ready and also call you via phone if the order is not picked up within a certain amount of time. On my end, the order is still showing placed and I have to now call the customer service number to get my refund back and based on the sales associate in the store they stated it’s an hassle to get in contact with customer service via email and by phone. My whole experience with the location was not great and then in turned to buy the preowned games when in my order I specifically ordered a new game. GameStop rep is definitely not the same as it used to be.

Back in August I went to America to see something that should feel like GAME back in the UK. It did. It also had switch demo kiosks which I was surprised about when visiting, because demo kiosks in GAME uk has been gone for a while now. I will admit the some of the second hand games and accessories are more expensive in these stores, and CEX in the UK are better option in some cases. However if you are an international traveller from the UK and if you want a feel of GAME again? Then yeah I feel like it’s GAME when walking into a store like this, or at least the most game look a like store you will ever get when visiting the US.
