Store has cleaned up alot over the years . The 3 stars is for pricing . Went in today to get a pre-owned Playstation 5 controller . Honey, yall do understand that BRAND NEW they are $74 ish dollars so why on God's green earth is it apparently (pre-owned) $69 ???? Need to work on pricing. I laughed out loud when I saw the price . Yall cant be forreal.

Not going back. Called a couple days ago multiple times and when I finally reached someone, they gave me an attitude. I guess asking more than a couple questions during a weekday is too much for them to handle. Besides that, the management is completely different and it seems GameStop isn’t as customer friendly as they used to be so I’m done shopping here.

Picked a game with a $30 sticker price. Checked my receipt on the way out and was charged $40. Brought this to the attention of the cashier and was told my options were to return the game or keep it and just eat the $10 difference. Absolutely pathetic for a national chain.

They didn't have a PlayStation 3 to test my controller, you would think a game stop store would be fully functional, The store was clean well organized , the used controller was way to expensive. They wanted 35 dollars for one. Heck I can buy a whole PS3 used at a garage sale with two controllers for 35 dollars. It's nice to know they have parts but they are too expensive. And they want to give to only a dollar or two for you used games. Not worth it.... I will keep my games before giving them away...Sorry Game stop I have to say it like it is .

After my first visit was less than ideal, I returned and met with Beau, a knowledgeable and friendly employee. If he is not already management, he needs a promotion. He is adept at problem management and overtly familiar with the store SOPs. As for customer service, I highly recommend anyone wanting to discuss the store's inventory/subject matter, go to this GameStop. I spent an hour in the store and Beau kept the customers moving while assisting me at the other counter. My final purchase was less than $50 but it didn't matter to Beau. I was a customer that needed help. That is what great customer service is made of. There were a lot of trading cards available and collectibles on sale, in addition the gaming consoles and software. Definitely stop in for gifts and for yourself. Most people will find something they want.
