Overpriced on cards but friendly staff! Look elsewhere first and here as a last resort. Stinks their cards are over MSRP and makes the ripping experience not as fun.

Great Place to Purchase Collectibles. The Refurbished Controllers cost as much as a brand new one. I'd rather buy on Amazon. Great Promos on Used Games.

Came in with my sister to let her look around and I found a Warhammer figurine to add to my collection, but the man who checked us out was a bit sarcastic to me. He assumed that (I suppose because I was in a sundress) I didn't know what I was buying and asked me about the faction. A bit insulting but I took it as a joke. Good conversation is important in customer service, and I didn't appreciate being stereotyped.

I tried to buy a used xbox360 game last weekend and the employee working that day (zach?) skimmed through the drawer once and didn't find the game. He stated they didn't have it. I asked if he can look one more time and he refused. Another coworker stated that he did see the game at some point. Honestly the xbox game was discounted in today's market at this store, not sure if employees at this store are pocketing the games for themselves or selling it their own personal friends and family. Why would they take the time to label a game case and display on store shelves knowing the game is not in stock? Regional manager needs to look at this.

Credit card stolen here! Without a doubt! The employees were great, seemed helpful and mostly friendly. 2 guys, one obviously new, one more like a manager. Recommended games for our new console, applied all the promos available, great customer service. We used my husband’s email account and my credit card to sign up for a pro membership. Next day, my husband starts receiving HUNDREDS of emails from .gov websites. He had been signed up to mailing lists at state websites all over the country as well as USDA and FDA and other US .gov newsletters. Finally scrolled back far enough and found an email for an order at Office Depot. Checked my CC account, guess what… $930 charge. Checked the store #, located in San Antonio. Luckily Office Depot flagged the order were waiting on me to call and confirm it. Whoever placed the order (someone who works at this GameStop!) was going to charge a laptop on my card using my husband’s email address and then go pick it up “curbside”! Sorry Charlie. Not today! My husband doesn’t use his email for ANYTHING, so when it was my credit card with his email, it was very easy to track down. Buyer beware!! Also, I never write negative reviews. And this happened a couple weeks ago. Just can’t let this go unnoticed.
