GameStop - 3880 - Veterans Kenner

I had a terrible experience in this store with an employee that was super rude. I did not get her name although I definitely should have. She had big colorful glasses, a pink shirt, and brown hair that was pulled up with a scrunchie. While on vacation visiting family in the area, I had stopped by this GameStop and I brought a game up to the counter. After ringing it up, I realized that I was a few dollars short for the game. While I was looking around the store for a different game, I could hear her mocking me under her breath about “not coming into the store if I didn’t have enough money.” This behavior is extremely unprofessional and childish for a grown adult. After trying to report this to a manager multiple times over the phone and filing a complaint form, nobody ever got back to me. This is a frustrating situation, and after being a loyal customer to this company for years this makes me not want to go back to any GameStop again. Please hire better employees that won’t ruin paying customer’s experiences.

Walked in today and the entire staff was very nice, friendly, took time to explain things for me. I will be sure to get names and mention next time I go back there.

Would give 0 if I could.. they are worse than scalpers… I preordered Ascended for market price.. what a sham, they get it under msrp. But the worst part is they held on to my GameStop promo gengar and claim “out of them” but I’ve heard from multiple people the employees purposely held some for their own gain. Typical

(If you buy pokemon sealed go anywhere but here )had me buy a membership to purchase a ascended heroes etb they were talking about buying the rest so i got one instead of waiting they gave me the only ripped box purposely wouldn't return it or swap it out with the receipt just to buy it the membership was 23$ and the etb was 107$ for a product with a torn box the plastic wasn't ripped but the cardboard was however that happened

Night and day experience depending on when you come and who's working. I visited this store on Monday (9/1), and the staff was friendly and helpful. I returned today (9/5), and it seemed like the 2 people working didn't have any interest in making a sale. I asked for help finding something, and they made no attempt to assist. The woman working on a box behind the counter seemed like she REALLY didn't want to be there (so maybe she shouldn't be).
