GameStop - 3831 - Eastvale Gateway

Wish I could give this a 0 star review. We recently purchased a controller at games top and paid the extra $50 for insurance like we have for all the remotes my kids have ever owned. Giovanni was less then helpful with the return and tried to give us a controller worth way less value and lied about the controller being new.

this place must not answer they phone or sum, ive called a bajillion times and they havent answered and i am fuming, i came in to do a trade in, they did the whole process which took like 30 mins cs i had 4 controllers and one ps4 to trade in, just for them to say their trade in system has been down the whole day. Why would you do the whole process, waste my goddam time, and then proceed to remember that the machine has been down? there was 7 people waiting behind me, getting aggitated, while another worker is just walking around doing nothing and everything but opening the other register. They told me to come back the next day which is today, i proceeded to call their phone like 7 times to make sure im not gonna waste my time again and confirm their machine is working and i no answer or respond from them, i hope they go out of buisness and pummle down to bedrock, ive never made a review but i had to make one for this stupid shop.

Wish I could give this location 0 stars for not only customer service, but also employee lack of knowledge of anything game or card industry related! They have No care for the happiness of the customer that come to this location. Refuse to answer the phone and a different gamestop even said they were horrible about answer.. that's sad. Then they don't even hold up to prerelease drop which is the only reason why I got an item overpriced from Gamescalp. This is a money hungry grumpy hobby ruining location. Genuinely so upset with this locations attitude. Will never return.

Manager working the morning of may 22nd 2026 was saying GameStop does not accept my VA veterans discount card, have used it many many times and he’s been the only person to ever tell me to apply for veterans insignia on my drivers license. It was really uncomfortable for me because there was many people in line for chaos rising and he made me look like a stolen valor dude.

I been going to this GameStop for years and all there team members are and have been amazing and always provided great customer service and really knowledgeable in all games, and collectibles ! Always sharing new release dates for items. All are friendly! Thank you for always giving a great experience!
