Friendly, knowledgeable people who have the right answers to your questions.

Randall was super helpful and kind. Whatever they pay him isn’t enough. He helped me find the game I was looking for and resolved issues I had. Thank you Randall!

Shitty customer service standing in store for 10 minutes ask a question got ignored.. One other person in the store at the time .. felt it was more important to have personal conversation to help a customer out.. Go somewhere else Don't purchase from this store

Every time we go here we are treated with subpar- horrible service. Signs clearly shows a price for something, when I asked about the item was told that the sale is over, ok. Asked if the price was still going to be honored since the sign was still up, the employee goes on to call me a wannabe lawyer in front of my son. No explanation or anything, then tells the manager to deal with me. The manager has to tell him to go to the back to "chill out" and goes on to calmly explain to me the error. Still don't get the price that was clearly advertised, but not going to argue in front of my son. Will be spending my money anywhere else other than here

This Gamestop location was cool enough to host the Resident Evil 20th Anniversary Tour where you could play the Virtual Reality Demo on the RE truck.
