GameStop - 3766 - San Jacinto Center

Staff was knowledgeable and professional. Their selection is great!

I would love to update my rating again, as much as I would love to give them a 4 to 5 stars, im very upset about my orders being canceled, I love to redeem my powerup points to save money when it's possible. But these past few online orders have been frustrating to me because I have to call customer service again to refund my points. This is bad customer experience because I shouldn't have to keep calling customer service if my order was taken care of to begin with.

2/5 This location has been remodeled Customer service got better Chris was VERY helpful with genuine greeting and if I had any questions Super downside for me was being nonchalant/casually charged to renew my game account when I was purchasing to get the PROMO deal of buy one and get one 50% off. Good thing I questioned before completing my purchase to remove the account renewal. No matter if I signed up or not my total was nearly the same. I think its better to inform the customer about HOW the promotion/deal works instead of the final stage before completing the purchase.

Great experience today with Earl and Christopher. My stepson was having issues with his headset and these 2 gentlemen went above and beyond in trying to help him out with the issue. Both were not only friendly, they were working hard on figuring out why it wouldn’t work. Turns out it was my boys PlayStation 5 usb port and not the product. Thanks again will definitely be back!

There are lots of ps4 and switch games, including T-shirts, dolls, figures and much more. It's a paradise for kids
