GameStop - 3745 - Shoppers World

Every time I pull up to this store they are closed. But when I pull up they are supposed to be open.. employees just gone or they shut the store down. They make up their own hours.

Samantha is great! She deserves a raise! She is always so helpful when I have been in there and sweet with my toddler daughter. We always hope she is working when we go in!

Cool place to shop the management is great! My local gamestop closed down so Carrollton is the place now. Cool place to preorder systems and games and accessories. This is a new review! Someone hacked into my account a while back and made something up. Apologize for that.

Waited roughly 50 days for PSA grading.. the day before paying "internet was down" for an entire hour of waiting. Went back, sent out now ready for pick up and there's an idiot at the front who can't even work a register that's supposed to release my cards and can't do it without the mager present or on the phone.. still didn't get my cards by the way the passwords he was logging in with were incorrect and finally the best one "internet went down". At this point this is disgusting and I'm highly irritated. Fix this. Properly train your employees, I've seen better at Burger King. P.S GET BETTER INTERNET (Walmart's IS FREE)
