I miss the old Game Stop. Employees are very helpful at this store.

My wife and I went in to browse. My wife decided to get a Pokemon game that has recently come out but was pre-owned. We looked at the game case pre-purchase to see if it was in good condition, especially given the price point (roughly $55). However, halfway home we realized the game case that we had brought to the counter during purchase was not the one we were given. GameStop, atleast at this location, swaps the case mid purchase for scratched up, sticker residue cases during the purchase process. What a disgraceful tactic. Long story short GameStop is more expensive than competitors and has no shame in swapping out game cases. The game NEW cost $50 at Walmart, Amazon and other businesses. Made two return trips to this store due to messed up business tactics. Resulting in a refund, no explanation or apology for this occuring.. We wasted time and gasoline on a business that doesn't appear to have transparency, care, or values with their customers, let alone paid pro-members.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Lots of inventory. Sports cards go quick unfortunately...because unlike other places they don't price gouge and only charge retail and put limits stopping scalpers. And now I can submit my cards to PSA with them.
