Horrible customer service. I ordered a used game online and was disappointed when I arrived to pick it up and realized it didn’t come with the original box. I asked if I could return it. This clearly pissed off April who appeared to have an attitude before the transaction ever began to begin with. She went to go look for the box while shaking her head like I was being ridiculous for wanting what I want. While finishing up the return, her friend came in and she cut him a look, clearly in reference to me, which caused him to laugh. She was then short with my fiancée when he purchased something afterwards. Please don’t wear a Sanrio shirt if you’re going to act like Grumpy Cat instead. ✌🏻

This GameStop location is fantastic! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to help you find the perfect game or offer recommendations. They have a great selection of new and pre-owned games, consoles, and accessories, and their prices are competitive. I always have a positive experience when I shop here.

The last few times I went there or call their they have a new female employee that seems like she don't care if she helps me anybody or not she don't care about helping me I've asked her questions and she act like she didn't really want to answer can I call about certain things to see if they might have it in stock all she did was tell me no she didn't even look it up or anyting Lumberton used to be better at giving good that's why I don't go there that much now the manager the tall white guy he seems okay but he act like he didn't want to help me the last time either
