GameStop - 3715 - Spring Meadows Place

The store is great. Gamestop as a whole baited me into their pro membership and then changes the terms on what I cam use discounts on. Literally used it twice and now the only thing I buy cannot be used towards it. Basically a scam don't fall for the pro membership BS.

Always a pleasant visit at this particular store. Justin is very friendly, kind and professional. It's people like him who make me come back and conduct business.

Horrible coustomer service come up with every excuse to not exchange a defected headset that I bought from them not to mention this the second pair I’ve returned in the past 3 days and now all of a sudden they don’t have record of me purchasing it not like I wanted my money back I simply wanted a pair of headphones that worked

Came in with my partner and had to sneakily buy a game for him without him knowing. An employee name Tyler (at least that was the name on the receipt) was extremely helpful and was being equally as sneaky. We got everything done without my partner even knowing. Tyler, you’re my hero!

Didn’t get the employee name but today is Sept 17,2025 it’s 7:14pm right now. I just left out the Holland store about 20 mins ago he was the only employee I saw behind the counter, dark hair. Hopefully management can figure this out. I did not appreciate the employees approach to me AT ALL he seemed racist and should be fired he’s not a good representation of customer service doesn’t matter what someone’s skin color is give them respect! I won’t return!
