GameStop - 3711 - Sparks Crossing

My son told his grandpa he wanted a Xbox series s for his birthday, so his grandpa trying to do the best he can went into gamestop and asked for that, they then brought out a xbox one s and not the series s, charged him $225 for a refurbished Xbox one s, they are about $60-$80 on the used marketplace, I look to see if maybe I can bring it on for a trade in and add cash for a series s and see they are charging $550 for a used series s, they are about $200-$350 on the used marketplace, looked at the ps5 and they want the same price for a ps5 as the budget tier Xbox series s. It's ridiculous, this company is a scam. Never give them your money, go get stuff from the used marketplace until this company stops price gouging. I'll never send anybody else to gamestop. I understand the Xbox names are confusing but who would pay $225 for an old Xbox? Clearly he thought it was the new one based on the price.

Over the many years of visiting GameStop locations on and off, this was the best experience I have ever had at one. The employee on staff was Teresa. She was super personable and helpful. I was there around 11 or noon on a Sunday and it wasn't too busy in the store.

Love this location, the employees are always kind and personable. No matter what you're looking for they do everything thing they can to help you out.

The red hair lady was so rude, unprofessional. I was in the store for 3 minutes. The guy was nice when I asked if they had an Ascended Hero’s Pokemon EBT. She was rude when the guy grabbed an online order and he said I’m so sorry to me. I asked oh so no more? She looked at me and said with an attitude no those are online orders and gave me a dirty look. Where someone else said wow what such a dirty look. I also stated why the dirty look and decided to not buy anything else I was looking for . GameStop do better, all already cut your store hours. Will not return to this location. To the guy, thank you for your great service, sorry you have to work under someone like that.

Never been to a store where they so CONFIDENTLY suck at their job. Searched all morning for a deal on a PS5. Ensured it was in stock at this location and then drove 25 minutes to get here. Upon arrival the woman at the register was beyond rude, dismissive and all-around unpleasant. She looked up her "stock" and listed the cheapest console at $550 instead of the $399 I saw online. I informed her I verified this console online and she argued with me suggesting "If you would have typed in our address, you would have seen we dont have this in stock." I told her I DID type in this address and then took a long commute to get here. Then she suddenly found it in her computer. Ridiculous to sit an argue with me when you are WRONG. Almost lost a sale.
