Give Ty a raise!! I walked into this store with 3 different gaming consoles and Ty went above and beyond and gave me a great trade in deal! His customer service was exceptional and he was very knowledgeable on all of the games and products. I will definitely come back to this location simply because of how great Ty’s customer service was. Thanks again Ty! -Sam

Your lying employees are the reason i no longer shop in your stores. You cant keep enough stock of products but then attempt to lie to customers and tell them to keep stopping by your store because Amazon and Nintendo online will charge me an extra ten dollars! Just ordered on Amazon and checked the nintendo store and it in fact is the same price as it would have been in the store. Try developing some integrity! I will never purchase from you again after being lied to in your store today!

Shady selling practices. They pulled a bait & switch on me. Called for the price of a refurbished PS5 & was quoted $390, got to the store, the guy remembered the call and then told me the price went up to $469. He acted like he had no idea about the pricing when the call for the quote was literally an hour prior. Then proceeded to add an additional $23 for a rewards membership. If this is how they make money, by deceiving consumers, I will not be going there again.

Kyle and Ty and the entire staff are total professionals! The PSA grading system is very smooth. If you’re nice to the staff, they’re extremely knowledgeable.
