GameStop - 3685 - Shops at Crossroads Commons

Went in to get some Pokemon cards for my son and was shocked at the prices. $20 over MSRP on booster bundles, over $100 over MSRP for the boxes and $10 packs????? No wonder this company is going out of business.

In the store for a few minutes doing a lap to view everything, was the only person other than the two employees… was never acknowledged! Also one of the employees let out a belch as I was walking past them.. maybe that was his greeting?

I used to love GameStop growing up, but holy crap the prices nowadays! Went to another store nearby and purchased a First Partner: Illustration Collection for $15 go to GameStop and see the exact SAME box for $53!!! What are we doing GameStop?!?

I bought a box of cards from another store for 15$ when I went to gamestop the next day the same box was 53$ they selling cards at scalper prices, I'll never buy cards from here again that's just insane!!! I posted a picture of the box I bought for 15 that game stop insanely marked up.

Went into the Plover location on 3/13/26. Attempted to buy a PS5 Fortnite edition and renew pro membership in order to buy additional items. New female Store manager, and an employee went in the back to get the product and stated that they did not have the product in stock after charging us for it. Attempted to talk through mediation options, such as discounting a different edition and was told sorry all we can do is a refund. Ask them to check if other local stores had the same system in stock and they stated that they did not and would not call. Asked about trading in a PS4 and they stated that they could not take it. Ended up, going to a different location and getting the exact opposite answers on everything that we were told. Recommend going to the Wausau store over this location
