Whent to pick up a preoder game. The game didnt come with the limited edition item. I was told it didnt arrive or is arriving late. How can you sell a game with a limited item not arriving on time. My opinion is that if a limited preorder item does not arrived it should be send through the mail only to people who preorder the game. Im not happy. I have other bad things to say but I wont.

I called this location looking for a gaming device for my grandson. The entire experience was so effortless. The manager was super cool and looked in their inventory to see if they had what I was looking for. Once I arrived at the store, the salesperson was very professional and did everything to make my sale go over smoothly. Needless to say, my grandson was so excited with his device and I was happy with the entire experience.

Incredible frustrating experience. Had an order canceled and drove out to figure out why because we weren't getting anyone picking up when we called. Employee with the Godzilla plush told us the console was his own personal trade-in and that he, on a whim, cancelled our order because he traded out the controller.

Kevin is a real one. The guy was kind and thoughtful enough to order a delisted item from a North Carolina location. I was surprised when he followed up with me later saying they received it and I really appreciate the hassle.

The lady! She’s white. I came in to ask about a video game and she said they didn’t have it so they were going to check if they had it any near stores. I wanted to ask her it didn’t have to be the one I asked originally when she interrupted me and said I already said they don’t have it within 15 miles radius and proceeded to speak to me in Spanish the same sentence she spoke in English. I left the store but it’s very sad how this lady was rude and racist. I told her I understood what she said and she knew I did since I replied I had understood what she had said at first. Employees like this need to do better or leave their jobs being being racist in 2026??? Really so sad and heartbreaking.
