Pokemon cards are being sold for 10$ a booster when everywhere else is 4.50. Also they changed their membership to have you unable to redeem the 5$ in store monthly when paying for a yearly subscription with them, if you don't do it before purchase and download the app and redeem through the app you don't get it. No refunds on cards to get the 5$ discount which is the only thing that makes the subscription worth it. Will be cancelling the subscription with GameStop due to these reasons.

Just meh. Online showed a particular game for Nintendo DS at this store. Went in and looked around,but saw no DS games. Salespeople seemed more interested in talking to friends or just standing there than they did in helping anyone. Clean store but not well organized

This location is always good to come in, customer service is always good and the workers are super nice! The young man with black hair is awesome! Can’t remember his name! Overall always a good experience to come in and make purchases!

Walked in around 7:20pm, no employee in sight. No problem, quick bathroom break I thought. After about seven minutes, still no employee. I left…

Always a great experience, especially when the employees are very helpful. There were people in there but she helped them very quickly even though there was a lot of them with a lot of questions. Then on top of all of that I had tons of questions regarding multiple games and systems and she was able to figure it all out and help me get what I needed with my budget. Thank you, GameStop and thank you lady
