GameStop - 3655 - Millside Plaza

Still need a place to go for my physical games sometimes. Staff is nice and helpful. No bs. I get what I need.

Called like 5 mins ago and had to hang up because my work phone was ringing and i had to pick it up while the guy was mid talking to me , tried calling back to apologize and I think I they thought i was pranking them , sorry 😞

Don't bother calling. Called for 2 hours straight. No one picked up. To make matters worse, anytime you're inside of a GameStop, they'll tell you call us before coming in for a game. Because their system supposedly never updates correctly. How am I supposed to call if you don't pick up the phone?

I had a really good experience at this GameStop with Jordan. He helped me with my trade in and made sure I got the best amount in credit that I could get. He also answered all my questions and I ended up buying a PS2 that he recommended to me after all his help. He went above and beyond and made my trip worthwhile. I will definitely continue to shop at this location.

Closed in the middle of the day. Arrived at 5:45 on a Friday to the open sign still on but doors locked and no one inside. Waited for 20 minutes and called for no one to arrive.
