GameStop - 3651 - North Rim

Ryan was genuinely a GOAT when I visited today! He was incredibly helpful and was honestly really fun to talk to. I think this might’ve been the best visit to GameStop I’ve ever had :)

The store was well kept, but the associate working had some issues with how they spoke to customers. Whether they were rude without thinking about it, or just had poor social skills, my visit was uncomfortable. This associate also tacked on a warranty which I did not ask for. I had to tell them to remove it before I finished my transaction. I know from experience that there is a problem with unreasonable quotas being pushed by store managers and district managers, and that is how they train some employees. However, as a customer I shouldn't be put in that kind of uncomfortable position for the sake of numbers and stats for a store.

Hello. Today I had the most WONDERFUL experience at gamestop. The employees Tate and Chris were very helpful. With their help, I got an amazing pokémon pack for the low price of 6 or 7 dollars😅😂😅! It was truly a life changing experience. I’ve never been to a better Gamestop… I would want to get married inside this Gamestop. That’s just how welcoming the employees were and how amazing the store was. I will never EVER forget this wonderful day that I went to this Gamestop (05/02/2026). Whatever you pay your employees, DOUBLE IT!

Amazing experience. TATE “RIM LOCATION” was awesome. I sent my card in to get graded. Unfortunately the store I did it at permanently closed down. I was a little worried “DIAGLA EX” big $ card. I called the store at the rim and Tate just went above and beyond. He found my card. It wasn’t even at his store. He ended up finding it at the stone oak location. Tate thanks for all your help buddy. I appreciate you.

Tate and his coworkers are some of the nicest gamestop employees we have had the pleasure of working with, Tate was super chill and helped us with a trade in for 3 consules. He was super informative, gave us great suggestions on what to keep and what to trade in. Will definitely be coming back to this gamestop for other trade ins!
