asking for a limited edition Funko pop that had a specific release. I went to the store on the RELEASE DATE OF THE FUNKO and they tell me to come back 1-2 DAYS later (mind you these new limited funkos sell out like crazy) because the item had “technically come out” but they hadn’t officially put it on “their shelves” so it wasn’t “out” to them apparently. Ok whatever I’ll come today (aug 6th) and ask again…same answer it’s still not on OUR shelves so it’s actually not out yet! But they do tell me the amount of boxes they may have to go through and tell me to come back at the end of the day. I come back at the end of the day and suddenly the item is COMPLETELY SOLD OUT before the time I was even told to come back at to check. Oh on top of that the employee refused to go to back to look for said item because they would’ve “had to cut through like 30 or so boxes” same employee told me they wouldn’t be able to call me because the phones are broken (idk how true that is though). It feels very un-consumer friendly for the employees of a store to decide when an item is or isnt “out” even going against the street date for said item.

Went in there and they had a new game on the shelf with a sticker price of $34.99. When I go to buy it, the clerk scans it, tells me the price went up to $69.99 and he couldn't match the sticker price. So why have it on the shelf for that amount if you won't honor it? Obviously I didn't buy it, and left.

It's a game stop. They have a lot of games and merchandise that you can pick up. The location is good and I like to stop buy if I am traveling through the strip malls.

Excellent location and inventory. They had a lot of retro games years ago and I cleaned up. It was one of the best GameStop locations I have ever been to since the manager and staff were extremely helpful and helped cater to my needs when other locations wouldn’t. This store was the place to be in 2020 for retro games.
