Had the game I was looking for and it was reasonably priced staff was polite and couldn't gotten a better experience ty game stop you ok peoples

I really enjoy this store specifically the cleanliness and staff that are always pretty chill. Recently pulled the mega gengar from ascended heroes bundle and was so stoked. Love that they have product in and I don’t have to camp overnight lol.

I came in to trade in a couple of consoles: PS4 Pro, Switch OLED, Xbox Series S and controllers but the associates were trying to scam me. With the PS4 Pro, they told me the controller technically passed their computer testing and they even had the nerve to show me that my controller passed all green but I was told that in their opinion the controller had “stick drift” therefore the whole unit PS4 Pro is considered defective and not full trade in value. Then they reviewed my Switch OLED, he started to “clean” the screen using paper towels and not microfiber because he claimed the screen was damaged. Had to call him out on it, and told him it was a screen protector and he was the one intentionally damaging my screen by not using microfiber. His coworker then proceeded to accuse me of giving his associate “attitude”. Had to just trade in my Xbox and walk out due to the dirt poor customer service. I went to a GameStop in Fresno and had a significantly better experience. Zero stars if I could.

Excellent service. Was able to get what I wanted and even got some advice about the new ninja turtle magic cards. Really helpful employees. Keep up the great energy and service.

GameStop has the DUMBEST policiesDO NOT PRE-order games. I bought and paid 100% for RE Requiem just for them to sell it out underneath me on the minute at 48 hours. No, they did not tell me that this will the policy nor did they even give me any chance to extend. Yes, I filed a complaint with her corporate and no, I don’t think they give a crap. Let this company go under they do not deserve your money.
