They were super aggressive when I came in and tried to rip me off and only tried giving me $60 for a system worth $350 and 40 games definitely not worth it you should never come here

I asked if you only got the promo Pokemon card if you pre ordered pokemon cards (which is a direct violation of Pokemon company policy btw) and they got pretty snarky with me about it. They are supposed to be first come first served but GameStop is using it as a way to force pre orders on their grossly overpriced Pokemon cards. Sad part is only a select few gamestops are enforcing this new “company” rule. If you go to Boise they aren’t for pre orders only.

Lots of game options, as well as novelty items. It is also the only place in town that we have been able to find Pokémon cards in stock.

Price gouging SOOOOOO bad right now and making you pay 25$ extra to buy 2 packs is roadside robbery! Charging 50$ for a 15 dollar illustration box! Gamestop are the new scalpers and they are scalping and hiding it behing the worst excuse possible “ we are trying to save packs for the kids” 😂😂😂 there is 6000$ worth of overstock sitting there because you wanted to scalp everyone and Gamestop is losing business for it. Charge you 25$ for a subscription to a company that charges you 30+% msrp and you get no return besides 5% off their 30% markup

I made a mistake and purchased an item that was incompatible with my system. It was completely my error and the manager, whom I won't name for privacy sake, was not obligated to honor my return but she helped me anyway. The other gentlemen were also extremely helpful and understanding as they assisted me with a solution that wouldn't cost me anything more. I sincerely appreciate the quality customer service from this location.
