They lost my preorder my not even a full day after I paid it and almost had me pay and extra $90. After I already paid $180. Wouldn’t recommend buying TCG from here unless you’re fine with paying double for your products booster box is $70 ETBs are $90 UPCs are $300 Basic box sets are $80 You may as well buy off resellers or just wait in line at target.

Just went there to look around with husband and wow im in shock of how incredible rude the employees are ive dealt with rude employees but this was a whole different level the lady was extremely rude I will never be back in this store again.

Do not shop here , they’re the most disrespectful people they answer questions so rude and poorly making the clients feel dumb. I would give this place 0 stars and I’m talking about this location in specific Luis has terrible customer service skills

Disappointed. Hours clearly says it will be open at 8am, it's now 8:37 and nothing. I needed to do a lot of last minute shopping, now I have to go to target. No wonder they're failing lol makes me sad.
