These guys are super nice, best GameStop I’ve ever been to in the country. Bough 2 switch 2’s from em and they’ve made gaming fun again for me.

I LOVE the employees here. They are nothing but kind. This year alone ive had two xboxes go out. This second one is a replacement and at 31 days of having the system it will now no longer connect to wifi.... I dont know what to do. I dont know who to call to help because customer support isnt going to give me another system. In short im just out the money. NEVER get pre owned from this gamestop at all. I had two xbox controllers i had to return too. Anything and all things preowned here is simply you getting screwed, not getting an actual refund and just getting a replacment thats just as crappy or you get in store credit. Its kinda bullcrap. Dont get me started on the pro membership either. Best thing about it is that you get 30 days to return items insteadl of 14 days. If the box is opened and its a brand new item, good luck getting any help with it. Luckily the manager of this store is always trying his best to help folks not get screwed. Love the people at the store but i hate the fact they scammed me out over 100 bucks by giving me MULTIPLE DEFECTIVE systems. Do not purchase ANYTHING PRE OWNED!

Very poor service call 15 times and no answer whats the deal

I came in on Black Friday to sell a bunch of stuff and trade for a Switch 2. It was so bad timing on my end but it was the only day my schedule was free-- Putting that aside the employee working was nothing short of INCREDIBLE. He was the only one there running all transactions yet he still had the patience to help me with mine. On top of this, he found me different ways to make more bang for my buck! Austin, if you read these, THANK YOU!

Hey thanks for teeming the only people that literally are keeping you guys afloat right now. You’ve raised Pokémon boosters almost 100$ in the last year. You don’t raise sports cards or the price of games. Just Pokemon. You’re literally cap and I can’t wait to watch you go bankrupt
