GameStop - 3518 - Kapolei Shopping Center

Excellent customer service! They are very friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about the products they sell! 🤙🏾

Worst experience ever! Went in to get a couple nintendo switch controllers and ended up getting a used ps4 instead. Kira was great but the two men working there were horrible! The older asian guy checked me out and never gave me an option to get the extended warranty, he never even mentioned it. His attitude was off totally from the beginning anyway! He fumbled that sale and the potential of a returning customer. No wonder your stores are closing. Poor customer service and employees who don't care. Never again lol

Once again Kapolei Gamestop giving me issues. I literally hate this store and this will be the last time I go here. I showed up at 7:55pm to try and sign myself up to be in line and get a promo. The worker Leighton told me If I dont have a preorder to leave the line and come back at midnight. Turns out the workers dont listen to their managers and I didnt need a preorder. This screwed me out of a promo card and moved me from being group #1 to group #5. Actually terrible customer service and Low IQ employees make this Gamestop one of the worst.

Worst Gamestop on island. They never have sufficient stock of any drop and the workers are some of the laziest unhelpful individuals Ive ever seen. They told me they would restock later and I waited around and not one worker opened a box. They laughed and talked and went in the back. Terrible

I've always loved GameStop and now my son does as well. Nobody else will ever have our game money. This is our go to for games and all thing FNAF
