I spend a lot of money in here. I've had some many great experiences, happy times and some very few bad times. I go there just about every week. I understand this may not be a career oriented job. But it's a job. The staff is great, friendly, and they try there best. But it sucks that there staff has completely changed and hasn't been consistent since Jose left. The employees there are human just like us, it's a lot of stress of them, I see them come and go like I change my boots for work. Sucks, some really good people, because of corporates lack of assistance. I would say corporate needs to get it together, because just throwing bodies at something and a district manger with an ego problem is not gonna solve anything. It's a wheel of disaster. So yes corporate it's your fault, for not assisting your employees with the proper assistance, tools and training to fulfill there job duties at 100%. I rate it 5 star 🌟 because I like it there, I'm a regular, when I met the staff there cool, nice and friendly. They help me, I help them. Also thank you Jeffery, he's a real one. Very professional, very patience, friendly and thank you.

I had a great experience at GameStop thanks to Jeffrey! It was my first time trading something in, and he made the whole process smooth and easy to understand. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through everything, which I really appreciated. The store was very busy and clearly understaffed, but Jeffrey handled it all with professionalism and patience. Even while juggling customers and answering the phone, he stayed calm, attentive, and respectful. His diligence and customer service really stood out. They are supposed to open at 8am today. Its 9:15am & still closed. Called when I seen an employee go in & he rudely said they open at 10am but the sign on the door & website say 8am. He said its not his problem.
