Bill took care of me. Great customer service. I will be coming back

Customer service at this location is horrible. They do not ever answer their phones and their store associates lie to you about how things are handled. Avoid this location and choose another if you want a satisfactory experience with this franchise

went in irritated, their phone not working and the online store not getting things done the way it should have. they made everything right, and I will definitely be going back to this store if I need anything. good group of guy sorry I came in irritated.

I have called 4x today alone. Over a Dozen since the weekend. No answer. Store in Lake worth said the system was down so they could not check other stores inventory. They also tried to call and no answer. This place needs a new team.

Just left the store and couldn’t be happier! I had a confusing, difficult transaction and Luke went above and beyond to solve all of my issues! Thanks so much!
