GameStop - 3309 - University Commons

Me and some of my friends come in here often and its always 2 people working, Ben and Russel. Ben seems like he could care less and is often acting he could care less about helping anyone. Russel on the other hand expellant he's always smiling and happy to help and answer all our questions no matter how stupid they may seem. Russel is the only reason we keep going to this location. Ben acts like when we tell him no about the protection plan that we insulted him, Russel on the other hand moves on and gets us taken care of.

The cashier there saw me count out 600 dollars but tried to scam me by hiding $50 trying to have me give another $50 like i didn’t count out my money, i advise people to watch these workers here count your money because they will try scam!!!

This store sold me a broken Wii remote. I understand that these consoles and controllers are older gen but the remote doesn’t turn on, even with new batteries. I wish I could get my $55 back but unfortunately the 30 day window has passed. I would not waste my time and money at this store.

NOTE: NOT THIS STORE!! This review is about Gamestop online ordering. I ordered two things to be delivered at the same time, and paid for 2-3 day shipping. They decided to move it with FedEX, and we are currently looking at day 5 in transit, with tomorrow looking to be day 6 hoping for delivery. I would NOT recommend ordering from their website, or if you do, try to default to the lowest cost for shipping, because that ain't getting to you within 2-3 days!

Sarah is a great manager, super nice great attitude. Store is always clean and well stocked. Awesome staff, always greets family no matter how busy they are.
