The employees here are wonderful at this location and have always been helpful. I'm rating this low for one reason: this store is a walking health code violation. It wasn't bad a few months ago, but walking in now is just awful. The store smells horrible, like mold. Their ceiling is falling apart, and their carpets are ruined. I'm worried about the employees who constantly have to breathe it in. It's a shame because this is one of the best GameStops in the area. It's devastating to see as a customer. Do better GameStop.

I wanna give a huge thank you to Sara (asgm) I had waited to order a specific game that I wanted for my cousin’s birthday to make sure that it didn’t sell out before I was able to pick it up. I made the order. I waited in front of the store for them to open and when I got there, I was informed that that game addition was completely sold out and not going to be restocked. I was very upset Because I had such high hopes and expectations for this game and had already paid for it. She was able to offer a solution and help make the situation better for me and made sure that I was happy with everything in the end. She was very patient and kind and I appreciate every single bit of her help. Sara You are amazing and I will forever. Recommend this location to my fellow gamer friends.

Went in to just check out the retro section of the store and I was definitely impressed with how much stuff they had. Kinda surprised too. That's why im giving the store two stars instead of one. Anyways, I saw a game that I wanted and it was a good price price (about nine bucks with the pro discount), so I went ahead and bought it. The lady at the register said it would be $11. That was kinda odd but I didn't mind. As I walked out the store and looked at the receipt, come to find out that she just added the protection plan without asking my consent at all. I was ready to go back in there and make a scene about it but decided against it. Come to find out after asking some other people AND seeing reviews here that the manager that's currently there has a history of just adding that plan on to people's purchases without telling the customer and training other staff to do the same thing. Also I heard he was going to get sent to another store and probably will keep doing the same thing there too. He really needs to be coached on proper tactics cause I'm sure that's not official policy to do that just to make your numbers look good and all.

Went to return something. When I was asked to present my ID, the employee asked in a manner that clearly could’ve been more polite. I then asked if they had something in particular in stock because I called this morning and was told that yes it was in stock. When I arrived in the afternoon (I had work in between calling and arriving) the way he answered my question felt accusatory. From what I remember, he said “Yes you called in the morning but someone else bought them so we don’t have them anymore.” You’d think it’d be common sense to at least apologize (or even offer to check other stores’ inventories if they can) but he didn’t and the way he said it sounded like he was blaming me for not coming sooner. Hope to get service from a different employee next time

This is a GameStop retro store with so many old games. The manager on duty on Saturday was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable with retro consoles and games, and all of their retro consoles are in immaculate condition. She was working on one when I stopped by. Scraping, brushing, wiping them down. I can tell she put a lot of care into every single one on their floor. She is also extremely customer-oriented. Every person who came in after me got attention. She knew exactly where things were in the store. You don't have many businesses that hold the customer over anything else, and she does just that. If you're looking for retro games and consoles that are well taken care of and legit, this is the GameStop to head to. Thank you to the manager on Saturday for making my experience awesome :)
