Terrible pre release events. Number 11 in line and couldn’t get the promo because they apparently randomly put them in bags and “didn’t get a whole bunch of them.”

Never coming to a GameStop again, bought a headset less than a year ago, headset messes up randomly on its own, had 2 year warranty but of course no store stocks it anymore… why have the 2 year warranty if you’re not even gonna have the headset anymore? Then have to wait 10 days to get it through the mail from GameStop online… I could’ve done that without leaving the house on amazon and had it the next day… gamestops just useless now. Complete waste of time. (Edit) do not buy anything from here, I was told I would have my new warranty headset within 4 to 5 days now I’m going on over a week and I still haven’t got it. I can’t even play my PlayStation because my monitor doesn’t have any speakers and I told the clerk this too, but because they didn’t Have the pulse PS5 headset that they just came out with not too long ago in stock that means I have to order it online, and wait 4 to 5 days For it to arrive, well that was a lie

It’s been a while since I last went into a GameStop and saw they now carry Pokémon cards, I just recently got back into collecting and James was very helpful explaining the terms and was very friendly. Bought some cards and even was able to preorder some packs which was pretty cool. Recommend giving this store a visit

Had a wonderful experience, Amber came in clutch with assisting me locating a copy of a specific game for me. Even went out of her way to give me a call when one became available days later, I really do appreciate that! She was awesome along with the manager. Definitely will come back again and even reactivated my account because of this interaction 💯✨️

Called at 8:30 no answer. Called at 8:45 no answer. Arrived at 8:50 to the door being locked. I see a worker on the ground hiding behind the counter. Won’t even come to the door. Sign says open till 9pm as is advertised online. Very confusing for a customer. What’s he doing down there?
